Nice to meet you

My name is Per Sandström. I'm a web designer and developer based in Stockholm, Sweden. I currently run a web agency together with one partner and one employee. We build web sites and web apps with Drupal as our core expertise. I love my job.

I've been doing stuff on the web since the mid-late 90's. My first web site had a dark background with stars and a midi playing in the back. I've (mis)used blink and marquee tags, I've seen the rise and fall of table based layouts, optimized for Internet Explorer (sorry), left ASP for PHP, fought in the web standards wars (we won!)…

Working with the constant changing web has always been a pleasure and a challenge that I can't resist to take on.

I design and develop

HTML and CSS runs in my veins and PHP is my backbone. It has always been in my interest to code. When working in Photoshop I've always wanted to be able to turn my designs into something that people can actually use. I'm not saying this is the only way to go (and I'm not telling you who's a real web designer). This is what's been working best for me.
