Skins for jPlayer 2.1.0

Last year I created two skins for jPlayer 2.0. With the release of jPlayer 2.1.0 a couple of changes were introduced which unfortenately broke them both. But we now have a jPlayer 2.1.0 compatible version of the dark skin thanks to Kasim Ahmic who made an update just a few of days ago. So if you're looking for a jPlayer 2.1.0 skin head this way.
